As you can see, the Australian coat of arms is a cool, surreal design, with a shield featuring symbols of all 6 states. (Anyone who can name all 6 -- plus the 2 territories -- gets a free jar of vegemite.)
The coat of arms also features a Kangaroo and an Emu. Significance is that they're native to Australia and also 'cause neither can walk backwards, therefore symbolizing progress, and always going forward. Zig wonders if going in a circle counts as progress...
