Brooklyn is a small river town about an hour north of Sydney and, being Brooklynites ourselves (USA division), we had to check it out.It's a really cute, zero-traffic-light town, right on the Hawkesbury river. There's a couple of marinas, and a few boats were launching on the river when we were there.
Funnily enough, this Brooklyn even has its own Long Island:
Though both Brooklyns have their charms, this one has huge Pelicans. Though this "bada bing" guy would feel right at home in Bensonhurst:
